About The Position

The Assistant Manager provides managerial assistance to the store’s General Manager in running the restaurant and implementing operating standards. The role calls for an adaptable, self-motivated person with a passion for customer service who can thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment and help maintain positive crew morale. Assistant Managers prepare pizzas and deliver orders to designated locations. When the General Manager is unavailable, they also make nightly deposits and complete necessary paperwork. Cash management, people management, and time management skills are required.

Requirements

• Past pizza-making experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate people and build cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Be customer-service oriented.
• Have cash-management, people-management, and time-management skills.
• Be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Be willing to learn and perform other workstation duties as needed.
• Be able to perform the listed duties with reasonable accommodation if needed.

• A minimum of two years of customer service or restaurant experience is preferred.
