About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role also performs the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, and manages a staff of 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Punctuality and a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
