About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for all store operations during a scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations. The role progresses through four stages of management training, with opportunities for promotion and increases in hourly pay as the employee develops toward supervising a store. Assistant Managers may manage 3 to 30 employees during a shift and also perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Valid driver's license.
Access to reliable transportation.
Full open availability.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
Be responsible for store operations during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
Greet customers and take orders.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare products accurately and consistently according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously by vehicle.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
