About The Position

Domino's Pizza in Arnold, United States, is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Assistant Manager to help oversee daily store operations, lead staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role works with the Store Manager to improve sales and operational efficiency, maintain product quality and customer satisfaction, and meet business needs. The Assistant Manager may also take part in hands-on food preparation and delivery operations.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.
Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance.
Strong leadership skills and desire to guide and develop team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math and computer skills for inventory management and reporting.
Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Participate in food preparation and delivery operations as needed.
