Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver packages to customers along assigned routes.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to support timely arrivals and efficiency.
• Load, unload, and handle packages with care, following safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and concerns empathetically.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle.
• Communicate with dispatch about delays, issues, or changes to delivery schedules.
• Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and organized.
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards.
