About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers for its Atmore, Alabama location. The role offers flexible scheduling and may be suitable as a main job or supplemental work. Drivers deliver products by car to customers and also assist in the store with pizza making, food preparation, and cleaning. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Ability to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car within the designated delivery area and carry them to customers’ doors.
• Help in the store by making pizzas, preparing food, and cleaning.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage and work areas.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate delivery locations, including adverse terrain, private homes, multi-story buildings, and stairs.
