About The Position

As an Assistant Manager at Domino’s, you will help ensure the smooth operation and success of the store. You will oversee daily operations while maintaining high standards for customer service, team leadership, and operational excellence. The role includes participating in a training program of up to 16 weeks to develop the skills and knowledge needed to manage store operations. During training, pay is $14 per hour. Upon completion, placement is at Level 1, starting at $14 per hour, or Level 2, starting at $15 per hour, based on training performance and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store activities, including food preparation, order accuracy, and timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory to minimize waste and manage food costs.
• Schedule and manage labor to optimize productivity while meeting labor budget targets.
• Lead training for new team members and support ongoing staff development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store that meets Domino’s standards and health regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Model and encourage a positive, fast-paced, and supportive workplace culture.
