About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, profitability, and customer relations. The Assistant Manager sets an example for the crew, follows company policies and procedures, and expects the same from team members. The role works closely with team members and other store management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some supervisory or management experience is expected.

• Food service management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations.
• Set a positive example and follow company policies and procedures while holding the crew to the same standards.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and adherence to company standards as needed.
• Provide great customer service.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality and arrange transportation to and from work.
• Maintain store cleanliness and support local store marketing.
• Work well with team members and other store management.
