About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers orders from the store to customers within a designated delivery area, typically making multiple deliveries per shift. The role requires strong customer service when greeting customers and delivering orders, and the ability to work well with team members and store management. Drivers may also deliver flyers, door hangers, or other promotional items. This is a non-CDL driver position.

The role offers part-time or full-time hours and day or evening shifts. Paid on-the-job training is provided. Drivers can earn up to $24 per hour with tips and paid mileage; credit card tips and mileage are paid out daily. Benefits include a 50% meal discount, use of Domino’s GPS technology with cell phone data reimbursement, up to three weeks of paid vacation for employees averaging 35 or more hours per week, and health insurance benefits for employees averaging 30 or more hours per week. A waiting period may apply to benefits.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, and pass a background check.
• Have held a driver’s license for at least two years.
• Have access to a dependable, insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Possess navigational skills.
• Have basic math skills to make change on the spot.
