About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps run a Domino’s Pizza store while learning through hands-on experience how to become a General Manager. The role may offer a path toward store management, and qualified General Managers may pursue franchising opportunities after successfully managing a Domino’s store for at least one year. Other potential career paths include Trainer or Regional Manager. Assistant Managers are paid between $18.00 and $19.50.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid U.S. employment authorization allowing work in the United States.
Able to work under the stress of a fast-paced environment.
Friendly and able to work well with others.
Organized and efficient in time management.
Able to multitask.
Possess motivational skills and enthusiasm.
Able to follow Team Sharma Domino’s policies and work as part of a team.
Able to answer store calls after the first ring.
Able to perform the physical demands described in the job posting, including handling deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Some management experience is a plus.
Restaurant experience is preferred.

Help manage store operations and maintain exceptional product quality and customer service standards.

Perform physical tasks that may include standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs or ladders, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching.
