About The Position

The Assistant Manager oversees everything that happens during a shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role is responsible for store operations and setting a strong example for the team. Assistant Managers perform Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver duties, manage 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift, serve customers, prepare products according to established standards, make deliveries, and maintain restaurant cleanliness and professional appearance. The stores operate seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, and the schedule is described as flexible.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
At least 18 years old.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Ability to work when needed, including weekends and holidays.
Judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

Oversee all store activity during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage a shift team of 3 to 30 employees and motivate them to meet expectations.
Take responsibility for store operations.
Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
Prepare products quickly and accurately while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Set a positive example for the team through punctuality, attitude, and high standards.
