About The Position

Delivery Drivers are described as ambassadors of Domino's Pizza, delivering orders from the oven to customers' doors. Drivers receive cash daily from earned tips and mileage reimbursement, in addition to a base hourly wage of $17.00. The position offers flexible hours and is presented as an opportunity to learn about delivery, customer service, and pizza production, with potential advancement into the Management Development Program. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record, and have access to an insured vehicle that meets safety requirements. Drivers must be able to navigate to addresses in the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries; vehicle registration, insurance, and inspection must be valid and in the applicant's name.
Valid U.S. employment authorization to work in the United States.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Friendly attitude and ability to work well with others.
Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
Organization, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to respond to customer concerns and follow company policies.
Basic math skills.
Outstanding customer-service attitude.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders to customers within the designated delivery area.
Navigate to delivery addresses using navigational skills, including in adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Respond to customer concerns.
Answer all store calls after the first ring.
Follow Team Sharma Domino’s policies and work together as a team.
