About The Position
Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first point of contact for customers and provide exceptional service while assisting with the ordering process. The role also involves in-store duties and learning about the pizza delivery business. CSRs earn an hourly base pay of $17.00. Schedules are flexible, and the position offers opportunities to learn the in-store business and advance into management, including the Management Development Program. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have valid U.S. employment authorization that allows work in the United States.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and able to work well with others.
- Able to work under the stress of a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask.
- Able to follow Team Sharma Domino’s policies.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Must understand that all store calls must be answered after the first ring.
