About The Position

The Assistant Manager role provides a training ground for restaurant management. As leadership responsibilities expand, the Assistant Manager sees how their influence impacts the business and the team’s success. The role partners with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve success metrics, leads the restaurant team toward goals, supports a positive and collaborative environment, and helps deliver a strong guest experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Restaurant General Manager on success metrics and lead the restaurant team to reach goals.
Own the guest experience by ensuring friendly interactions, a clean restaurant, and hot, fresh meals.
Grow and mentor the team through training and hiring.
Communicate goals, promotions, and business updates effectively.
Lead an overall positive and collaborative family environment.
Select and onboard new hires.
Use resources to support effective training and development of the team.
