About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager for its restaurant at 5421 Chippewa in Saint Louis. The Assistant Manager helps ensure smooth restaurant operations, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and develops a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes stepping into different restaurant positions as needed.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and interact with customers effectively.
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions.
Proficiency in basic math and inventory management.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Customer-service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience if under the stated age threshold, or 1 year if at or above that threshold.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.
Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and maintain high product quality standards.
Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.

Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals.
Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving sales and profitability.
Handle cash management and daily financial reporting.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Participate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities.
Perform various roles within the restaurant as needed.
