About The Position
Jiffy Lube Multicare, operated by Stonebriar Auto Services, is hiring full-time and part-time Service Writers, also called Customer Service Directors (CSDs), in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will consult with guests to determine and recommend diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles. Work must be performed safely and efficiently while providing an outstanding guest service experience and contributing to an energetic, fun working environment. The role requires strong selling skills, an outgoing personality, and a current, valid driver's license. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required. Compensation includes a competitive wage and a generous bonus opportunity. Employees receive discounts on Jiffy Lube and Multicare services, including tires, brakes, and repairs, at company cost, with no charge for labor.
