About The Position
The Assistant Manager provides managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in operating the restaurant and implementing operating standards. The role includes preparing products, running shifts, controlling costs, managing employees, handling daily paperwork, and taking on other managerial responsibilities when the General Manager is off duty. The position provides managerial duties to help develop the skills needed for General Manager responsibilities, including handling people, implementing company guidelines, resolving customer-related issues, problem solving, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Ongoing company training is available, and participation in new training and classes is expected.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
- Proof of auto liability insurance for the employee and the personal vehicle used for delivery.
