About The Position
Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager with ambition to advance to General Manager. The company provides a paid training program; pizza experience is not required. The role offers opportunities to build management and customer service experience and advance within a company with 56 stores across the United States. The manager also helps support the local community through fundraising, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Applicants must be over 18 and have at least one year of management experience. They must be available either Saturday or Sunday, or every other weekend. Driving-related requirements apply to anyone who operates a vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries. All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Must have at least one year of management experience.
- Must be available either Saturday or Sunday, or every other weekend.
- For business driving, an 18-year-old must show at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must show at least one year. A learner’s permit period documented by a government authority may count toward driving history, but an officially stated license is required.
- For business driving, must have no more than two driving-related violations in the preceding two years, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
- Cannot drive for Domino’s with any of the listed disqualifying violations: leaving the scene of an accident or hit and run; reckless driving; driving violations involving drugs or alcohol; vehicular homicide or assault; unlawful racing or exhibition driving; or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
Responsibilities
- Support restaurant operations as an Assistant Manager, with the opportunity to advance to General Manager.
- Help raise funds for local charitable donations, feed people in need in the community, and support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
- Meet driving-history and driving-record requirements if operating a vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries.
