About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations and service of the store, helping provide hot, fresh food and timely delivery while taking care of customers. The role supports the Store Manager and helps maintain efficient operations, customer satisfaction, food safety, and company standards.

Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure an efficient, smooth workflow.
Train new employees on Domino's standards, procedures, and customer service.
Monitor inventory and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Domino's operational standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly.
Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales transactions.
Conduct regular store inspections for cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
