About The Position

Domino’s Pizza Assistant Managers help ensure the smooth operation of the store. They work closely with the General Manager and team members to maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and operational efficiency. The position provides experience and training for future leadership roles within the company. In the General Manager’s absence, the Assistant Manager assumes the role and responsibilities of acting General Manager to ensure continuity of operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment, ideally in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train team members, ensure they follow company policies and procedures, and provide feedback and coaching.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage customer complaints and work to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance and achieve goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and manage inventory.
• Assume the role and responsibilities of acting General Manager in the General Manager’s absence.
