About The Position

Goat Restaurant Group is hiring an Assistant Manager to support restaurant operations, lead teams, and help ensure an outstanding guest experience. The role supports the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations and includes team development, service and food quality oversight, financial support, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. The estimated pay is $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• A passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in daily operations.
• Lead and develop shift managers and team members.
• Ensure outstanding food quality and customer service.
• Assist with financial responsibilities, such as inventory and cost control.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
