About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports restaurant operations at Five Guys, helping lead shifts, control costs, uphold high standards, and create a positive workplace for the team. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer experiences and serving quality food with friendly service. Team members are expected to pitch in, lead by example, and reflect Five Guys’ core convictions: remain humble, exceed expectations, always do the right thing, and lead by example. Most locations operate from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and do not have drive-throughs. Requirements

At least 1 year of leadership experience in the restaurant industry, including responsibility for controlling costs and leading shifts.
Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun demeanor.
Commitment to high standards and strong customer service.
