About The Position

Pay starts at $50,000 annually, with possible overtime and eligibility for performance-based bonus rewards. Team members working during the two weekly Secret Shops may also earn bonuses based on the results.

Requirements

At least 1 year of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
Experience with responsibility for controlling costs and leading successful shifts.
Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun demeanor.
Commitment to Five Guys’ core convictions: remain humble, exceed expectations, always do the right thing, and lead by example.
