About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for store operations during scheduled shifts, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role includes performing Customer Services Representative and Delivery Driver duties, managing a shift team, preparing and delivering products, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and professional appearance. The position offers management training and opportunities to progress to Store Manager.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations during scheduled shifts, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage a team of approximately 3 to 30 employees during the shift.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Prepare products quickly and accurately in accordance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
