About The Position

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales-focused Assistant Spa Manager to support spa operations. This role is for someone who is passionate about client interactions, interested in the wellness industry, and eager to expand their sales experience. The Assistant Spa Manager runs the spa’s front desk, trains sales associates, and works closely with spa managers to foster a client- and team-focused culture. The role also involves educating clients about services, upgrades, products, and memberships, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or management experience.
• Passion for client interactions and interest in the wellness industry.
• Ability to connect with clients and offer individualized sales solutions.
• Ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
• Comfort educating members and guests about services, upgrades, products, and memberships.
• Experience handling or assisting with administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Availability for a variety of business hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Understanding of, or interest in learning about, the benefits of massages and facials.
