About The Position

Join MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, as an Assistant Manager at its St. Peters location. This role helps lead daily business operations, supports and develops team members, and ensures customers receive a high-quality experience. The Assistant Manager works with upper management to meet organizational goals and implement initiatives while maintaining company standards and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost-control techniques.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
