About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role helps hire, supervise, and work with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, while setting an example for the team and demonstrating urgency, patience, and leadership. The role also helps execute the food program and requires regular, predictable onsite attendance.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
