About The Position

Domino’s franchise group Team Honey Badger is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for restaurant management, with a fast track to General Manager. The role supports the Store Manager in restaurant operations and involves leading the team, maintaining service and food standards, and helping manage staffing, inventory, cash handling, and profitability. Training is provided, and the position offers a stated schedule of 32–40 hours per week with opportunities for advancement. Compensation is $15 per hour with growth potential, plus bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Lead, train, and motivate team members.
Deliver outstanding customer service every shift.
Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards.
Handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory.
Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
