About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee store operations during scheduled shifts. The role requires sound judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. Assistant Managers set the tone and example for the store and are responsible for cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. They may manage between 3 and 30 employees during a shift and perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations during the scheduled shift.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Control costs, inventory, and cash, and maintain customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Greet customers and take orders courteously, including answering the phone.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including customer-facing and back-of-store areas.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
