About The Position

Customer Service Representatives greet customers, answer phones, provide customer service, operate the cash register, collect payments, and make pizzas quickly and accurately while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures. They maintain restaurant cleanliness and a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards, and perform other duties as assigned. The role offers a flexible schedule, but team members must be willing to work when needed, including weekends and holidays. The company notes opportunities for growth, potentially into management.

The position involves working in a restaurant with temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees or higher in some work areas, exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and sometimes adverse weather during outside tasks. Physical activities may include standing, walking, sitting to complete paperwork, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders. Delivery-related activities described in the work conditions include traveling between the store, vehicle, and customer locations and carrying food and beverages.
