About The Position

The Restaurant Assistant Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit. The Assistant Manager also assists with and learns restaurant management responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Must have a Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
