About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps the Store Manager oversee Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The role supports high operating standards and provides fast, friendly customer service, with regular and predictable onsite attendance. The Assistant Manager also executes the food program, sets a positive example for staff, and demonstrates urgency, patience, and leadership.

• Push and pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
