About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of station store operations, including hiring, supervising and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising. The role helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and requires regular and predictable onsite attendance.

The Assistant Manager also executes the food program, cares about customers, and sets an example for staff through urgency, patience and leadership. The position offers a hiring range of $14.00 to $16.00 per hour.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
