About The Position

The Store Assistant assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role helps hire, supervise, and work with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Store Assistant helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, executes the food program, and sets an example for staff through customer care, urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. Shifts may include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
