Store Assistant (Bonused)
About The Position
The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role helps with hiring, supervising and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising, while maintaining high standards and providing fast, friendly customer service. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The Assistant Manager also executes the food program, demonstrates care for customers and sets an example for staff through urgency, patience and leadership. The position offers a fast-paced, varied work environment and opportunities to develop a career in management.

- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
- Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
