About The Position

The Store Assistant helps the Store Manager oversee station store operations and supports the team in delivering fast, friendly customer service while maintaining high standards. The role includes assisting with hiring, supervising staff, daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Store Assistant also executes the food program, sets a positive example for staff, and demonstrates urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. Shift availability is flexible and may include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
