About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role supports hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, with regular and predictable onsite attendance. The position also executes the store’s food program and calls for customer care, urgency, patience, and leadership.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects by hand; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
