About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during an assigned shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, customer relations, and overall store operations. The role sets the tone for the store and leads a team of 3 to 30 employees. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, including serving customers, preparing products, and delivering orders safely and courteously. The position requires maintaining restaurant cleanliness and meeting Domino’s grooming and appearance standards. Stores operate seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, and schedules are described as flexible.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Ability to use judgment, perform math, and multitask.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
At least 18 years old.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Manage shift operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Lead and manage 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
Take responsibility for all store operations.
Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payment.
Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously by vehicle.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
Set a positive example for the team through punctuality, attitude, and professional conduct.
