About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for all store operations during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. Requirements

Judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to process orders.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage all shift activities including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example for the crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and marketing tasks.
Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to standards of perfect image.
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Deliver product by car and to customer doors, and deliver flyers and door hangers.
