About The Position

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales-focused Assistant Spa Manager to help drive spa operations. The role is designed for someone passionate about client interactions, interested in learning about the wellness industry, and looking to expand their sales experience. The Assistant Spa Manager runs the spa’s front desk, trains sales associates, and works closely with spa managers to create a client- and team-focused culture. The role also involves leading by example in client service and sales, educating guests about spa services and products, and assisting with administrative operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or management experience.
• Passion for client interactions and interest in learning about the wellness industry.
• Ability to coach and motivate a sales team and provide customer service.
• Comfort educating guests about services, upgrades, products, and memberships.
• Experience handling or assisting with administrative tasks, such as payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Availability for a variety of business hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in expanding sales experience.
• Understanding of, or interest in learning about, the benefits of massages and facials.
