About The Position

GO Pizza, a locally owned Domino’s franchise based in Durham, is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Raleigh location. The role oversees daily restaurant operations and supports the team in delivering quality food and customer service. It involves leading, hiring, training, and supervising employees; managing inventory and scheduling; ensuring food-safety and sanitation compliance; resolving customer issues; maintaining quality and cleanliness standards; implementing marketing initiatives; controlling costs; and reviewing financial performance. The manager is expected to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store, follow Domino’s pizza-making and dress-code standards, and work with a fast-paced, energetic approach. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proven restaurant-management experience; pizza-industry experience is not required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with an interest in developing others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of profit-and-loss statements.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Must maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the brand positively.
