About The Position

The IHOP Restaurant Assistant Manager reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager. The role supervises restaurant employees and manages front- and back-of-house operations, with emphasis on profitability, safety, sanitation, sales growth, and maintaining IHOP’s standards of quality and service. The Assistant Manager also develops team members and must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and late nights. The job description is not all-inclusive.
