About The Position

The Assistant Manager oversees all activity during a scheduled shift and is responsible for store operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role involves setting a positive example for the team and managing 3 to 30 employees during a shift. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, including taking orders, operating the cash register, preparing products according to recipes and procedures, delivering orders safely, and maintaining store cleanliness and a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s grooming standards. The position requires flexibility to work when the team needs support, including weekends and holidays, as the stores are open year-round. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and meet the driving requirements for delivery duties.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Ability to motivate staff and maintain a positive, productive workplace.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Valid driver’s license.
At least 18 years old.
Judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
Set a positive example for the team through punctuality, attitude, and high standards.
Work when needed, including weekends and holidays.
