About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead restaurant operations. The role involves overseeing daily activities, supporting and motivating the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. The manager helps drive sales and profitability through marketing initiatives, cost control, and financial performance analysis. Employees are expected to follow Domino’s pizza-making procedures and dress code, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and provide friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management; pizza-industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, including a passion for developing others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to follow Domino’s pizza-making standards and procedures, maintain the dress code, and work with hustle and energy.
