About The Position
Dandy is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Slaterville Springs convenience store. The Assistant Manager provides leadership and positivity for TEAM Members, supports the Store Manager, and helps deliver excellent customer service throughout guests’ Dandy experience. The role communicates with the Store Manager about store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training, and other functions, and is prepared to take on any or all Store Manager responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent. The position is based at 2700 Slaterville Rd, Slaterville Springs, NY 14881, with a starting rate of $17.50 per hour and weekly pay.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education or experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.
- Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check to be considered for employment.
- Able to stand for extended periods, bend and reach, frequently lift 10–20 pounds, and occasionally lift 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience in the retail industry preferred.
Responsibilities
