About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during a scheduled shift, including store operations, cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role sets the tone and example for the store and requires consistent attention and leadership. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, including serving customers, preparing and delivering products, operating the cash register, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and professional appearance.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team; manage a staff of 3 to 30 people during the shift.
• Strong attitude and motivational skills to guide staff and foster a positive workplace.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Oversee all store operations during the shift.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Control costs, inventory, and cash, and maintain customer relations.
