About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. The role supports the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals, while ensuring that team members follow company policies and required break procedures.

The position includes leading shifts, assigning tasks, taking orders, preparing food, addressing customer concerns, training employees, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, monitoring inventory, handling cash, and assisting with opening and closing. Restaurant or supervisory experience is preferred, and training is provided. Pay is $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Full-time management team members are eligible for co-pay health insurance. Management training and advancement to General Manager may be available based on performance and available positions.

Responsibilities
