About The Position
Domino’s is seeking a dependable, motivated Assistant Manager to help lead the team, provide excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. The role includes leading shifts, supporting team members, serving customers, preparing food, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, and assisting the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals. Full-time management team members are eligible for co-pay health insurance. Management training is provided, with opportunities to advance to General Manager based on performance and available positions. Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
- Take orders, prepare food, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
- Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
- Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
- Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
- Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
