About The Position

The General Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, leads the store team, and ensures excellent customer service, food quality, and efficient delivery. The role manages staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, financial performance, and compliance with company standards. General Managers are eligible for co-pay health insurance and receive one week of paid vacation per year. Training and opportunities are available to advance into multi-store leadership and operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and assistant managers.
• Create schedules that support business needs and control labor costs.
• Oversee food preparation, order accuracy, delivery operations, and customer service.
• Monitor sales, food costs, labor, and overall store profitability.
• Manage inventory, product ordering, portion control, and waste.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, deposits, and store records.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and applicable employment requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and properly functioning equipment.
• Lead by example and build a positive, accountable team.
