About The Position

Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead the team, support store operations, and provide an outstanding guest experience. The role assists the Store Manager with daily operations and steps into the Store Manager’s role when needed. It involves supervising, training, and supporting team members; serving customers; maintaining store cleanliness, organization, stock, and safety; and supporting efficient operations through inventory management and reporting. The position offers pay of $18–$20 per hour.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or customer service role.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and assume the Store Manager’s role when needed.
• Supervise, train, and support team members.
• Greet customers, assist with purchases, resolve issues professionally, and build positive relationships with regular guests.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe.
• Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
• Manage inventory and complete reports.
• Help maintain high operational standards.
